Purity long blackened by greed's hungry fire
The spirit debased evil darkens the heart
The nefarious abductor tears the soul apart

The moment approaches the farmer shall reap
Love now eternal for faithful lost sheep
Gnashing of teeth those left in despair

Where Soft Emotions Caress Its Beat;
Let Its Wisdom Flow Right Over Your Soul
And Dormant Love It Will Entreat.

Embrace And Entwine Deep Within;

Writing Intimate RelationshipsA while back, I wrote an essay called How to Write a Romance. In the essay, I outlined what I think makes a good romantic story. Whether you agree with my main viewpoints or not, I think the point that everyone can agree upon is this: writing a believable romance is tricky.
Want to know what's even trickier to write well? Relationships. But, I can hear some of you cry, aren't romance and relationships the same thing? The answer, my lovelies, is no. Romance describes the pleasurable feelings one experiences when in love; specifically, emotions over libido is what counts in romance. Relationships are the interpersonal connections that bind people together; a relationship can be shared by relatives, lovers, friends, sex partners, and the list goes on ad infitum.

who whispered metaphors into his blankets

they rejected every rhyme without a trace of shame
and never allowed him to realize that his melodies
were real music, were beauty and love woven

and ignoring things that are real

but can't get off it, it's too late

The underrated heart secluded within a shell
Hungers for the components of life others are given.
Others tower above with their mighty limbs, casting down their jeer
Taking for granted what the little heart perceives as dear.
Poor minute heart,
Such banter should make you give up.
The heart, refusal conspicuous,
Perseveres for its aspiration regardless.
The components, how great they are, then encase the shell and fill the heart.
The heart fights persistently against the shell,
Liberating itself from the confinement.

Find The Dream

Search deep within your heart, deep into the darkness where faded dreams are kept. Don't give up; the one you are looking for is there somewhere. When you find it, hiding in a corner weeping at lost years, don't leave it there; it's scared and hates the darkness. Lift it gently into the light and watch it transform into a brighter wiser dream than it once was.
You see the darkness taught it the wisdom of why it fell to where all faded dreams go
