Find The DreamSearch deep within your heart, deep into the darkness where faded dreams are kept. Don't give up; the one you are looking for is there somewhere. When you find it, hiding in a corner weeping at lost years, don't leave it there; it's scared and hates the darkness. Lift it gently into the light and watch it transform into a brighter wiser dream than it once was.
You see the darkness taught it the wisdom of why it fell to where all faded dreams go

If We Would Only LoveIf We Would Only Love As HE Wants Us To
Our Spirits Would Soar Our Souls Renew
Then Mankind Would See A Better Life
Void Of Evil Greed And Strife
The World Would Be A Beautiful Place To Live
If We Would Only Learn To Give
Instead We Take And Desire Of Things
Not Blessed By HIM Who Love Did Bring
HE Came And Said My Brother Man
Accept This Gift From The Golden Lamb
Some Did Listen To The Words HE Said
Others Did Laugh And Turned Their Head
As They Nailed HIM To A Cross Of Wood
Still HE Blessed Them As Only HE Could
The Years Have Passed Since That Holy Day
When HE Walked The Earth Taking Sin Away
If We Would Only Love As HE Wants Us To
Then Our Spirits Would Soar Our Souls Renew

Those street corner pharmacies don't bother me...
cooking up that crack...
serving that black...
caramelizing those apples...
crystallizing that meth...
but at least it's not my kitchen...
He's Robin Hood...
on the level that Hollywood...
would be in contention...
terrorizing the scene...
mad scientist splicing the genes...
with killing machines...
but at least it's not my dimension...
They combine these positions...
with Columbine vision...
plus out-of-mind conditions...
lead to out-of-body renditions...
a suicidal homicide mission...
but at least it's not my decision...
and it's not my problem...
not my solution...
not my blood...
so it's not my ablution...
not my business...
not my institution...
it's not my crime...
so it's not my execution...
You know it's not my world...
these are not my people...
they are not my equals...
this is not my power...
this is not my evil...
this is not my chase...
they are not my steeples...
this is not my realm...
I'm addicted to a drug
a drug so intense
that it doesn't make sense
a drug you don't easily get
a drug revealing regret
I'm addicted to a drug
a drug I need every day
a drug which makes me pay
a drug allowing my heart to feel
and ignoring things that are real
I'm addicted to a drug
a drug I'm starting to hate
but can't get off it, it's too late
a drug I finally regret taking
a drug which keeps my body heavily shaking
I'm addicted to a drug
a drug causing me immense pain
though it's just so little, simple and plain
a drug I traded for everything I had
a drug which can only be found inside my head
echoes of the lost battleEchoes of the Lost Battle
Gratitude fills the hole that your words have pierced through my heart
A dead end filled with the past of possible outcomes
Laying the responsibility of all our tears at my feet
Silver spooning me your polished version of events
Holding on with every piece of my soul's endurance
While you pry my fingers away from all the dreams I held so dear
Humbled am I, to see it all so clear!
When the guilt was washed away by all of your lies
The weeping echoes of a dying heart
HeartbrokenI loved, I cared, I gave you all that I could,
My misfortune; I couldn't be all that you wanted.
I hoped, I wished, and I thought you understood,
My misfortune; my heart felt taunted.
I wondered, I asked, and I prayed for your own good.
My misfortune; I felt so unwanted,
I pleaded, I begged, all to share thoughts I could,
My misfortune; I neglected the hurt you had planted.
I was stupid, I was blind, I was unable to read your mind,
My misfortune; I still messaged you.
I learnt my lesson, I felt the world, I now think I know it,
Dont worry, you shall never feel so lacerated.
I promise, I swear, I shall never speak to you again,
For I deserved it all to have fallen for you.
I was silly, I was weird, and I was dumb to think --
How could I been the one you cherished?
But may you answer if you could -- how could someone be so indecisively cruel?
A cold-heart with its own blood, uncaring with bleeding hearts
I question if you care truly for my well being,
Or if it is just an illusion to fill
How They Flutter ByElusive quarry indeed.
Bright-faced youths may scamper
Through sunlit meadows full of fluttering
And yet, at end of day, return tired
But eager to try again, as children are.
What of those too old, or too slow?
They'll run too, or perhaps just watch.
The glittering prize, promised
And so often savoured in anticipation
Proves always out of reach.
Easy, after a while, to stop and rest.
To forget those dappled hues and their dancing flight.
Retire, and pretend they never were.
Seek solace in other, greyer things.
Or remain forever haunted.
Gazing, maybe, at those more fortunate.
And in envy
Or in memory of sunny days long past
Their collections might sparkle yet.
Cold stillness belies their fate, in truth.
Dreams, pinned under glass.
Inevitable beautyThe fingers on my hands grow numb
I can’t avoid it; my time has come
This inevitable journey toward the light
Oh do I wish it were out of sight
I’ve pulled the levers, turned the knobs
But nothing helps, not even my sobs
The world turns upside down; I can see the end
As if it were a common clothing trend
Knowing my fate I grab my wallet
Looking inside I find my beautiful Scarlet
Her smile warps and twists me, no regrets
My heart is going to burst through the beauty of the sunset
Despite how tragic everything is, I can’t help but laugh
My life has been cut in half
My body lifts from the seat, I hover smiling inside
I see the blue earth; I close my eyes and let out my last sigh
All at once everything is still; time has stopped
I am a suicidal raindrop
I hear something, someone whispering to me
‘Open your eyes, and see the beauty’
Soulless PoetWill you look this way again?
If only those who read my work knew
How loveless and soulless I am
They would toss it in disgust
Like the fliers of New York City
I am ready to ignite
But for what?
A bottle rocket
Ready to shoot fire and shards of glass
Aimed at the innocent responsible party
But there is no cause
No damsel to fight for
You know I would fight for her
If I knew who she was
My chest is a hearth of fire
An oven for my heart
Solid as clay
perfectly molded in the shape of nothing
Useless as the day it was cloned
I have no whimsical grandfather to look after
How I long for a story or two
About how he straddled his .38's under his plaid shirt
How he was taller than most
But won't admit hes taller than me
Out of a shrewd sense of humility
He was gone before I could breathe
And yet I hear him in my dreams
Telling me to accept who I see
I hear those lonely people now
Their voice is mine
And mine theirs
I have friends and they stick up for me
They say one day my epic st
Spin me a dream of glitter and gold
that I may hold tight when dreaming in mould
Slumber claims me; my soul sent to sleep
with memories I want so fiercely to keep
Weep for my soul when the mind breaks down
that I may feel loved when I can't hear a sound
If spirit dwindles and bleeds to void
know what once was is now wholly destroyed
Sing me to sleep in lilting tones true
when I am too blind to remember you
Senses are dulled and frozen to stone
the vessel crumbles to dust and to bone
Speak with my name held fast to your lips
my ties to this world are broken and ripped
If I am lost in seas of the past
leave me to drown in lost history vast
Whisper to me; define my life's worth
lest I doubt you all when gods make me mirth
My head splits with a lingering crack
but promise me thus: you'll never look back
Spell your heart in a way that I'll hear
that I will remember all I held dear
Names are empty and faces to naught
When the mind turns numb and memory rots
Beauty in the BreakdownYou can let go
Forget everything and dive
Just simply let go
My love you are too taunt
All you need to do is jump in
Observe the sky and the water
Watch as we let go and fall in love
Hand in hand we will let go
We will jump and arch our backs into a dive
We will dive into our dreams and fantasies
Nothing can ever touch us
Together we are a force of nature
Apart we are chaos at it's finest
We will create memories and forget the old pain
We will break away from our past
So we will let go
We will fall as one
Our fingers entwined
Feeling the beauty in our breakdown
Our breakdown will cause flowers to bloom
The sun to shine
Dark clouds to disappear
And most of all our souls will shine as pure as ever
In the end
As we finish our dive
Together as one force
We will feel the beauty in the breakdown
Angel TearsImagine a raindrop is an angel's tear
Falling from heaven on Gaia's mortal fear
Weeping in unity their children's lost soul
Heaven's pure spirit evil now doth control
Eden of rapture consumed by time's flow
A lost utopia where gluttony doth grow.
Alluring serpent's lair humans covet the bait
Devourer of truth so poisoned with hate
Innocence now lost in maelstrom of desire
Purity long blackened by greed's hungry fire
The spirit debased evil darkens the heart
The nefarious abductor tears the soul apart
The moment approaches the farmer shall reap
Love now eternal for faithful lost sheep
Gnashing of teeth those left in despair
Time now elapsed for repentance and prayer
Renounce the darkness and take gentle heed
Embrace the truth be the Lamb's seed
The TrundlerThe waste land behind the fire station is always silent. No birds sing there, and even the wild rabbits and feral cats avoid it. Weedy wildflowers nod their seasonal heads in the breeze. Lying fallow in the midst of housing developments, shopping malls, the new movie theater — the vacant lot stands out like a knife wound on a woman’s placid face, shocking, brazen, ugly.
It is always empty. Except for one thing: a ragged heap of old trash, all nasty black tar paper and vicious snarls of rusted wire, car parts and broken glass and other junkyard jetsam. The embodiment of injury waiting to happen, an invitation to a tetanus shot... the city never hauled it away. No one ever wants anywhere near it; it radiates an eerie sense of calculating watchfulness.
And at night, it wanders.
When darkness falls, and the last cars heading into the hives of tract housing stop illuminating the asphalt with moving-picture shadows, it… unfolds. Bitter, broken tangles, grotesquely mov
Inspector Wolf The old lady was dead. I could smell it before I even got into the house. The whole place reeked of adrenaline, sweat, fear, copper and steel. He’d dropped her right in her living room. Chopped and chopped until she stopped moving. But I could tell I was getting close. This had been done in a hurry, and the killer didn’t have the time to clean up after himself like he usually did.
Across the room, the phone rang. The shrill sound set my teeth to grinding, but I ignored it. Instead I followed the killer’s bloody footprints into the back bedroom. He’d climbed out the window. If I hurried, I could catch up to him and end this disgusting spree he was on.
Then the answering machine kicked in. “Hi, Gramma! It’s Red. Sorry I’m running late. I kind of lost track of time. But don’t worry. I packed the picnic and I’m heading out the door right now. Love you.”
She’d been expec
